LANCASTER, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – Faith and Hope’s Foundation, a South Carolina non-profit, partnered recently with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office to provide bags containing children’s toys and books to kids when deputies interact with them.
The Foundation was established in 2021 by Thurman Lofton, a law enforcement officer in York County.
