ROCK HILL, S.C. — The Sisters of Charity Foundation, a ministry that has been around since 1996 and helps to reduce poverty in South Carolina through action, advocacy and leadership, is giving out $2.4 million in grants across the state.
Here in the Tri-County, Chester Center of Hope, Hope in Lancaster and the Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill are each receiving some of those funds.
