ROCK HILL S.C. (CN2 News)  –  Tuesday, the ordinance that would have moved the York elections to the spring was killed, and so this November the York City Council races will be on the ballot. Plus, healthcare leaders with MUSC Health in Lancaster say they are seeing more and more patients sick with COVID and even younger patients needing to be hospitalized because of the virus.
