Rock Hill, SC (CN2 News) – South Pointe High School Band Director, James Turner, will join band directors from across the United States to march in the annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses® Rose Parade in California on January 1, 2022.
A lifelong dream to participate in the Rose Parade is finally becoming a reality for Turner, who has been teaching at South Pointe for 16 years. He will join 300 other band directors on a custom-designed animated float themed, “America’s Band Directors: We Teach Music. We Teach Life.”
