A 41-year-old man was kayaking with his 10-year-old son when he jumped out of his kayak to help a 9-year-old girl who was swimming nearby, more than 200 people gathered at Rock Hill’s Confederate Park on Juneteenth for what they called an anti-picnic and peaceful march and The Chester County Coroner’s Office says a mom and son were shot in Richburg on Sunday.
