MURDER CHARGE: Fatal Car Crash in Lancaster SC

The South Carolina Highway Patrol charging a Lancaster County man with murder.
Troopers say on July 3rd of this year Joseph Rufo intentionally hit Dedrick Strain who was on a motorcycle.
Strain died from his injuries
The accident happened on Highway 21 near Beason Road in York County.
