Fort Mill Elementary hosting a girl powered workshop featuring Author, Illustrator, and Robot-Enthusiast Shanda McCloskey. Shanda is the author and illustrator of Doll-E 1.0, a children’s book about a girl who uses technology to upgrade her favorite doll. She spoke to the students about robots, writing, and art and then helped them to design and program their own dolls using circuits and coding.
