CN2 Today’s Renee O’Neil is speaking with the Rock Hill Clean & Green Board who has launched the Bags to Benches Program through Trex, Inc. Board members began collecting plastic bags, overwrap, and flexible packaging from drop-off sites at the four City of Rock Hill Recreation Centers since we can’t accept them in curbside recycling bins.
