ROCK HILL, S..C (CN2 NEWS) – The community will say good-bye to Honorable John Hayes this weekend on the campus of Winthrop University.
The memorial Service for Judge Hayes will take place inside McBryde Hall this Sunday, April 16th, at 3 PM with military honors and a 21-gun salute.
