ROCK HILL- A plan to re-zone elementary schools in Rock Hill is up in the air, which could possibly re-assign more than three-thousand students. The school district says that prior to COVID, fourteen of the seventeen elementary schools in Rock Hill were under the recommended 75 percent capacity threshold.
