More details coming to light involving an animal control vehicle in Chester County…
Back in August council hired attorney Tommy Morgan to investigate a situation involving a county employee who got into an accident while driving an animal control vehicle.
That report was presented to council this week.
it says last April Ace Hembree, county supervisor Shane Stuart and two other women were having an off-site meeting at the Manhattan Lounge in Chester.
