2 People Now Dead – $1000 Reward for Info Leading to Murder Suspect Arrest

CHESTER, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – A second person has now passed away from a shooting in Chester.

The Chester County Sheriff’s Office continues searching for 30 year-old Vangereil Miller (Gerald) who is wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that took place Sunday, March 6th on Powell Drive off of James F Wherry Road and Harvey Neely Road in Chester County.

According to the arrest warrants Miller shot the first victim, Kevin Feaster, several times once in the chest and once in the head at close range. Deputies now saying the 2nd victim, 31 year-old Shonta Neely, passed away from a gunshot wound in the abdomen.

Investigators say the motive for this deadly shooting originated from a previous dispute between Miller and Feaster back in May of 2020. Detectives say Miller is currently out on bond from charges related to that 2020 case.
