YORK, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) This week the City of York is celebrating its second annual Yorkville Literacy Festival with author presentations, street performers, workshops and guest speakers. York Middle School is working with the festival and the community to help improve their students reading scores. CN2’s Rachel Richardson with more on it’s one-book, one-school program.
