Townhome Project stirring controversy

A townhome project underway in Clover is stirring up controversy.
The town of Clover recently approved a second reading of an ordinance to rezone a portion of US 321 to highway commercial.
The rezoning allows for the construction of 137 multi-family townhomes along North Main Street in Clover.
