YORK COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) South Carolina Highway Patrol responding to a single vehicle collision this past Sunday at 9:39 P.M. on Baird Road near Fork Road outside of the town of Clover.
A 2001 Acura was traveling south on Baird Road with two other passengers. The driver of the Acura traveled off the right side of the road then back over off the left side of the road striking a ditch causing the vehicle to over turn.
One of the two passengers was ejected from the vehicle and transported to Carolinas Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.
The second passenger is deceased.
The incident is still being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
