ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) Kids aren’t the only ones who like to celebrate Halloween, seniors from Rock Hill’s Senior Center at Highland Park are joining in on the fun and scares.
Many of those seniors coming together to create mini-buildings for their own spooky town.
