COLUMBIA, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) The I-77 Alliance, which includes five South Carolina counties that share Interstate 77, held their annual summit in Columbia on Thursday morning.
At the summit, they unveiled new details on plans to bring a state-of-the-art Carolina Panthers training facility to Rock Hill, including when they hope to break ground and start operating.
