CLOVER, S.C. (CN2 News) As more kids are playing outside for the summer Clover parents are concerned about safety. Parents say people are speeding through their neighborhoods without regard for children’s safety. CN2’s Rachel Richardson is finding out what the Clover Police department and some parents are doing to keep their areas safe.
