ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – A man who many consider to be a legend in the United State’s Marine Corp. visited Rock Hill’s American Legion post 34 to sit down with Congressman Ralph Norman as he discusses his life in the Vietnam War.
That man is Major James Capers, a former Force Recon Marine and many were excited to hear his story, leaving no empty seats in sight.
