Law Enforcement Torch Run 2018

Many law enforcement officers from different departments throughout the tri-county running together this Thursday to kick off the South Carolina Special Olympic Summer Games!
Officers are carrying the Torch Run to Columbia, but this year one officer was missing. York County Sheriff’s detective Mike Doty, who was shot and killed in the line of duty back in January always took part in the torch run as well as Special Olympics.
Even though he wasn’t physically there as CN2’s Renee O’Neil reports the officers and athletes carried him in their hearts. Watch the story for more.
