Heart Beat Bill: Passes Tuesday

South Carolina lawmakers are a step closer to banning abortions once a heartbeat is detected. The controversial fetal heartbeat bill is still on the table.
On Tuesday the bill passed the Senate Medical Affairs Committee in a 9-6 vote.
