ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – Thursday, April 13th, the Come-See-Me Festival began with its usual fanfare in the form of an annual parade.
Close to 60 floats and participants hopped through the streets of Rock Hill and were captured in action by CN2’s Ryan Folz.
