ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS): The landscape in downtown Rock Hill will again change starting this week with the demolition of several buildings. Comporium will be tearing down its former Service Center on East Main Street and the old Elks Lodge on Main Street as well.
Officials say its expected to take between four to six week to complete the demolition.
The Elks Lodge buildings and the Customer Service Center occupy a block between Comporium’s Headquarters and Fountain Park Place.
Comporium says its working with the City for re-development of Rock Hill’s core and the removal of these buildings will create space for future projects.
