ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 News) – The Department of Motor Vehicles is typically not the place people want to go, unless it’s necessary, but Wednesday a crowd gathered as Fort Mill man was recognized at the Rock Hill DMV.
That location was dedicated in Kyle White’s honor for his bravery while serving in Afghanistan.
