Chester County Schools’ Proposed Bond Referendum Promising Big Changes

 

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS)  In less than a month, Chester County residents will vote on a $116 million proposed school bond referendum promising big changes. Two years ago, Chester County voters said no to a $38 million proposed bond referendum, but Dr. Angela Bain says the district has since done a lot of research and has come up with a different plan focusing on much needed upgrades to buildings and security.
