YORK Co. (CN2 News) – In years past lawmakers and state leaders say mopeds have been an odd object to write into South Carolina law.
Discussion on where they belonged, who would be eligible, and requirements for operation have gone on for decades.
It’s taken two years of work, but starting in November things will change for moped drivers.
