Investigation Underway After Body Found At Rock Hill Car Wash

ROCK HILL, S.C. — An investigation is underway after a body was found at a car wash in Rock Hill on Monday, authorities say.

Around 7 a.m., officers with the Rock Hill Police Department were called to the 1300 block of Fire Tower Road where they located a deceased man.

They say they found the body next to a red Cadillac at the business.

The Rock Hill Criminal Investigations Division, Forensic Services Unit and York County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene.

Police say there is no threat to the public and the cause is still under investigation.
