ROCK HILL, S.C. — He operated what prosecutors called a “secret sex attic.”
Julio Andy Castillo of Rock Hill is accused of sexually abusing a young boy nearly a decade ago and now, he’s on trial in York County.
Our news partner WBTV was in the courtroom this past week when a man testified he was also abused by Castillo as a young boy.
This witness is not connected to the case of the state versus Julio Andy Castillo.
