Chick-fil-a in Lancaster is taking it’s service outside of the restaurant and putting it into the classroom.
it partnered with Lancaster High School students to provide a leadership academy.
Once a month 15 students are participating in what chick fila calls the 7 digital module training the restaurant created.
Kristie Davis hosts the course, and says the students are learning leadership, organization and soft skills they’ll need to be successful in their futures.
She says the kids are able to apply their skills through service projects where they connect with local businesses, plan events, and even write grants.
