Lancaster County Lawmaker Fights for Electronic and Remote Notaries

LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) South Carolina District 44 Representative, Mandy Powers Norrell, says the COVID-19 outbreak has many, especially the elderly, thinking about their final affairs.  But social distancing rules create a problem when notaries must be done in person, prompting Norrell to draft an eight page bill pushing for remote and electronic notarization.
