ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – With Lancaster County having no homeless shelter of its own, and very few affordable housing options, nonprofit leaders have been working to come up with a solution to find shelter for those in need.

And, the other side of the conversation when it comes to a South Carolina bill that would give certain families money so their child could attend a private school. We have heard from those against the idea. York County Senator Wes Climer explains why he is for the voucher bill.
