ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 News) – With about 20 officers working for the city of Chester the chief is making sure all officers are trained and certified when it comes to an active shooter.
Chief Eric Williams taking it one step further and felt it was necessary to not only invite the fire department, but also everyday citizens to join in on the training.
