ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – Polls across the state closed at 7:00 pm. Voters either waited in line for just a couple of minutes or two hours, or more, in some places.
York County has 100 precincts, Lancaster County has close to 40 precincts and in Chester County 35 precincts.
And, The York School District says a few of its schools are at capacity or near capacity and more new homes are on the horizon.
