ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) Heavy rainfall caused roads to close and some homes to flood in parts of York County, asking many to wonder if they should have gotten flood insurance. The National Weather Service tells CN2 News by late Saturday, parts of Rock Hill received up to 4 inches of rain in a short amount of time. This caused water levels to rise quickly, giving some homeowners quite a scare. CN2’s Indira Eskieva with what they saw, and how you can prepare before the next big showers come.
