York Veterans Day Parade

The city hosted a parade marching through downtown with veterans, York Comprehensive High School’s marching band and the Junior ROTC Unit.
They also held a commemoration to honor all those who’ve served or been lost in war which also included a vintage World War two era airplane flyover.
Special guest speaker, Janie Mines, the first African American woman to enter and graduate from the US Naval Academy inspired the crowd.
