York man close to walking for first time since paraplane crash

YORK, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – A 19 year-old York man is closer to walking again without crutches for the first time since crash landing his motorized parachute in a logging field.

It’s now been nearly 2 months since Toy Williams’ accident and he’s already thinking of getting back in the sky.
