York County Library To Reopen In Phases, Starting With Return Of Books And Other Items

ROCK HILL, S.C. — The York County Library is starting to look at what reopening means.

Starting Monday, May 18th, all book drops will reopen for the return of library materials, including books, audio books, dvd’s and hot spots.

The library is opening in phases and during the current phase, Phase 1, all branches will still remain closed to the public.

Library staff say the items returned will be properly quarantine before checking in and no overdue fees will be charged for items returned during this time.

As for phase 2, that will include curbside pick-up. Learn more at yclibrary.org or the library’s Facebook page.
