Winthrop University Honors Hidden Figures Of The Civil Rights Era

Winthrop University’s Women’s Coalition hosted a panel of female civil rights activists who left the room filled with emotion, laughs and nostalgic memories from the early 1960s. They discussed the struggles of integrating schools and businesses.
