Firefighter, Quniton Ford cooked up a chicken and rice dish along with some healthy sides! Below are the ingredients if you would like to try the recipe at home.
Chicken & Rice:
Boneless & skinless Chicken Thighs
2 – 3 Cups of Rice
Onions -1 Cup, Diced
Carrots – 1 Cup, Diced
Celery – 1/2 Cup Diced
Chicken Broth – 4 – 6 Cups
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Curry Seasoning – 2 Tlbsp.
Garlic Powder – 1 Tsp.
Olive Oil
Parsley, Rosemary, Basil 1 Tsp.
