What’s Cooking Wednesday w/ Rock Hill Firefighter

ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 TODAY) On this week’s edition of What’s Cooking Wednesday we go into the kitchen of Rock Hill Fire Department, station 4.  Firefighter, Quniton Ford cooked up a chicken and rice dish along with some healthy sides!  Below are the ingredients if you would like to try the recipe at home.

Chicken & Rice:

Boneless & skinless Chicken Thighs

2 – 3 Cups of Rice

Onions -1 Cup, Diced

Carrots – 1 Cup, Diced

Celery – 1/2 Cup Diced

Chicken Broth – 4 – 6 Cups

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Curry Seasoning – 2 Tlbsp.

Garlic Powder – 1 Tsp.

Olive Oil

Parsley, Rosemary, Basil 1 Tsp.
