YORK COUNTY, S. C. (CN2 NEWS) The York County Library announcing its Phase 3 re-opening plan that will begin Thursday October 15th.
All library locations will be open for limited in-person services.
Branch hours will be the same as curbside hours.
All returned items are quarantined for 96 hours before they are checked back in.
Library leaders have asked that people wear a mask inside and are limited computer use to 30-minutes.
Curbside pickup is still available.
