Substitute Teachers Receive Active Shooter Training

LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS)  As schools prepare for a new year, they’re making sure teachers have received active shooter training.  For the first time in Lancaster County, substitute teachers are getting trained as well.
