Stolen Car and Guns: One arrested, more sought in Chester

Chester County authorities have arrested one person and looking for two others after they say the three men stolen a car.
According to police reports – 18 year-old Xavier Bathea is the only person arrested so far and he faces a number of charges including possession of a stolen car.
Investigators say they saw a hit and run on Pinckney Street Sunday and when officers tried to stop the car the suspect’s car took off reaching speeds of more than 100 miles per hour until the suspect’s car lost control and ran off the road.
