CHESTER, S.C. (CN2 News) The Academy for Teaching and Learning in Chester is a charter school that was originally founded because there was a need for smaller schools in the district. While a more intimate learning environment makes this school unique – there’s something else that stands out. The students at The Academy are in school year round.
