SC BILL UPDATE: Heartbeat Bill in process of being heard

South Carolina is considering a controversial bill that restricts abortion.
Last month state senators held a public meeting in Columbia to hear from supporters and opposers of the fetal heartbeat bill…
that would make it illegal to kill a baby in the womb once a heartbeat is detected which can happen anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks during pregnancy.
