CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) From providing an emergency shelter to counseling, Safe Passage helps victims of domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault get the help they need.
The organization initially started under another name, and has served Rock Hill and the surrounding area since the 1980’s. They officially became Safe Passage in 1992 and on this Monday, they debuted their second location.
