Rock Hill’s Red, White and Boom Festival National Anthem Winner Speaking About the Contest

ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) Rock Hill’s Red White and Boom Virtual Festival bringing out some talented folks in the Rock Hill community.

One of those talents is 10-year-old Gavin Fields. Fields won the National Anthem singing contest at the Red, White and Boom Virtual Festival.

Now, Fields is speaking on this Monday via FaceTime, about winning the contest.

Gavin says, he has sang the National Anthem at a Winthrop University game and at his church, Oakdale Baptist, in Rock Hill.

Field’s performance landed him first place and a gift card to a local business in Old Town.
