Re-Zoning Concerns

ROCK HILL- A plan to re-zone elementary schools in Rock Hill is up in the air, which could possibly re-assign more than three-thousand students. The school district says that prior to COVID, fourteen of the seventeen elementary schools in Rock Hill were under the recommended 75 percent capacity threshold. CN2’s Emma Mondo has more from both concerned parents and the school district.
