Rancher Says Bison Meat Sales Surge Amid Fears of Meat Shortage

YORK COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS)  With reports of meat processing plants struggling to keep workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are concerns of a possible meat shortage.  But as large meat producers struggle to keep the meat supply chain going, farmers say consumers are looking locally for supply.  The Tatanka Bison Ranch in York County says  sales have increased by 300 percent.
