Chester, SC- A proposed development on Dawson Drive that could bring 695 mobile homes on 193 acres of land. County Councilman Pete Wilson gave us more details about the mobile homes and how developers say this can bring more housing for residents in the area. The second reading for the proposal will take place at the county council meeting on January 5, 2021.
