ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 TODAY) Pathways Community Center in Rock Hill is celebrating its one year anniversary since it opened in 2019.
Pathways is a one stop shop for people to come to get serves like help with electrical bills, food and is home to organizations like the Haven’s Men Shelter and Carolina Community Actions.
